Around 40 people gathered for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library Lynchburg Launch Party Tuesday afternoon at the Lynchburg Public Library. The Aspire Foundation has partnered with the Dolly Parton Imagination Library (DPIL) to bring the program to Lynchburg. The partnership provides free, high-quality books to children from low-income neighborhoods in zip codes 24501 and 24504. Each book is personalized and mailed monthly directly to the child’s home, creating a special and individual experience that helps kids get excited to learn.
