NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE 4520 Greenwood Dr., Lynchburg, VA 24502 By virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Substituted Trustee by certain deed of trust dated December 18, 2007 and recorded in Instrument No. 070012306, modified in Instrument No. 170002291 among the land records of City of Lynchburg, Virginia, as amended by an instrument appointing the undersigned as Substituted Trustee, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured and having been requested to do so by the holder of the note evidencing the said indebtedness, the undersigned Substituted Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in front of the City of Lynchburg Circuit Court, 900 Court Street, Lynchburg, Virginia on: June 28, 2019 at 12:00 o'clock p.m. All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon and the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in the City of Lynchburg, Virginia, and more particularly described according to "Plat Showing Lot 17 and Part of Lots 16 & 18 Block 9, Golf Park Lynchburg, Virginia," made by Erskine W. Proffitt, C.L.S., dated November 8, 1965, which plat is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the City of Lynchburg, Virginia, in Deed Book 403, at page 554, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron in the southeasterly line of Greenwood Drive located N. 64 deg. 30' E. 385 feet from Briarcliff Drive, and running thence along said line of Greenwood Drive N. 64 deg. 30' E. 55 feet to an iron; thence S. 25 deg. 30' E. 140 feet to an iron; thence S. 64 degrees 30' W. 55 feet to an iron; thence N. 25 deg. 30' W. 140 feet to an iron, the point of beginning. It being all of Lot 17 and a 15 foot wide strip of Lot 18 adjoining said Lot 17, and a 15 foot strip of Lot 16 adjoining said Lot 17 in said Block 9, reference is also made of plat of "Golf Park, Lynchburg, Virginia," dated August 1928, amended May 1936, made by H.
