MAIN STREET, BEDFORD TAX MAP NO. 215-5-2-T TOWN OF BEDFORD, VIRGINIA In execution of a Deed of Trust dated December 6, 2013, in the original principal sum of $150,000.00 recorded in the Bedford County Circuit Court Clerk's Office as Instrument Number 130013395, amended by an instrument appointing the undersigned as Substitute Trustee, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured and at the instruction of the noteholder, the undersigned Substitute Trustee, will offer for sale at public auction the property locally known as 804 E. Main Street, Bedford, Virginia, designated as Lot 2 as shown on a plat entitled "Map of Maybeury Subdivision", dated August 1959, and revised October 10, 1959, made by James L. Patterson, C.L.S., which said plat is of record in the Bedford County Circuit Court Clerk's Office in Plat Book 1, Page 44. Reference is hereby made to the Deed of Trust for a more particular description of the property. This sale of real property will be held on Monday, July 15, 2019, at 9:00 A.M., at the main entrance to the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Bedford County, Virginia, located at 123 E. Main Street, Bedford, Virginia. TERMS: Cash or certified check made payable to Caskie & Frost; bidder's deposit of $5,000.00 will be required at the sale.
