Trustee's Sale of 1330 Boxwood Farm Road Amherst, Virginia 24521 In execution of a Deed of Trust dated September 25, 2008, recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Amherst County, in Deed Book 1123, at page number 779, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, being known and designated as: THAT certain lot or parcel of land containing approximately .94 of an acre, fronting on the southeasterly side of Secondary Highway number 739 in Temperance Magisterial District of Amherst County, Virginia; being the same land shown as Lot No. Nine (9) on the plat dated October 10, 1968, by Ralph P. Hines, C.L.S., a copy of which said plat is recorded in the clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Amherst County, Virginia at Plat Book I, at page 1, which may be further described as beginning at a point on the southeasterly side of said road, corner of Lot No. Ten (10); thence S 46° E 390.2 ft. with the line of said Lot No. Ten (10) to a point; thence S 44° 44' W 101.2 ft. to a point, corner to Lot No. Eight (8); thence N 47° W 290 feet with the line of said Lot No. Eight (8) in the southeasterly side of said road; thence N 44° 39' E 108 ft. with the edge of said road to the point of beginning. LESS and EXCEPT that portion of the property containing approximately 0.025 acres, more or less, conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia by deed recorded in Deed Book 600 at page 558.
