NOTICE OF SPECIAL COMMISSIONER'S SALE OF 4636 S. Amherst Highway, Madison Heights, VA 24572 Pursuant to a decree of the Circuit Court of Amherst County, Virginia, made and entered on the 21st day of October, 2019, in the partition suit brought by F. E. "Tripp" Isenhour, Administrator, v. Nancy Schmitt, et al., I will on the 17th day of June, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. at the front door of the courthouse of Amherst County, Virginia, located at 113 Taylor Street, Amherst, Virginia 24521, offer for sale to the highest bidder the following described real estate: That certain piece, parcel or lot of land located, lying and being in the Elon Magisterial District of Amherst County, Virginia, about three miles north of the City of Lynchburg and fronting on U.S. Highway No. 29 (for- merly Amherst Turnpike) and containing 1.18 Acres as shown on "Plat of Survey Showing Property of Alice G. Webster and Others" Elon District, Amherst County, Va. Made by Overstreet & Overstreet, State Certified Surveyors, a copy of which plat is recorded in the Amherst County Circuit court Clerk's Office in Deed Bok 427 at page 421, to which plat reference is here made. TERMS OF SALE: Properties are offered for sale AS-IS, WHERE-IS, IF-IS, with all faults, and with no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind, in particular with respect to zoning, physical condition, topography, soil type, percolation, or content, availability of public utilities, or availability of potable water. Goad III, Special Commissioner", is required, and the balance of the purchase price is due within thirty (30) days of approval of sale by the Amherst County Circuit Court.
