MILWAUKEE (AP) — Jason Industries Inc. (JASN) on Friday reported a loss of $33.2 million in its third quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Milwaukee-based company said it had a loss of $1.19. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 46 cents per share.

The manufacturing company posted revenue of $85.6 million in the period.

The company's shares closed at 28 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $2.20.
