RICHMOND — Stricter sentencing for people who buy guns for unqualified buyers was one of 25 recommendations made Thursday by the Governor's Taskforce on School and Campus Safety.

The 46-member group includes Lynchburg City Schools Superintendent Scott Brabrand and Lynchburg College student Jillian McGarrity.
