Explosion in Augusta County damages truck

PASTURES, Va. (AP) -- Virginia State Police are investigating an explosion Thursday that damaged a pickup truck in Augusta County.

State police spokeswoman Corinne Geller said the driver, a 61-year-old Staunton man, was not injured. She said he was driving to go turkey hunting when he came upon the device in the road.
