Man falls to death while painting Campbell County water tower

A man died in a fall Wednesday afternoon while painting a Campbell County water tower.

At about 3:30 p.m., the painter fell about 60 feet while working inside the water tower off Livestock Road, near the intersection with Calohan Road, said Campbell County Director of Public Safety Tracy Fairchild.
