Bullets, a “shot shell” and a cartridge case were found in the dorm room of the Liberty University freshman who was fatally shot by a university security officer Tuesday morning.

Police also seized a “greeting card,” Palm Pilot and computer hard drive from Joshua Hathaway’s room, according to a search warrant inventory filed in Lynchburg Circuit Court Thursday afternoon.
