The prosecutor in the case of a Lovingston man accused of abducting a Nelson County teenager is requesting a gag order be enacted to prevent potential witnesses, parties and law enforcement from disclosing “sensitive” information that could impact a jury trial.

Nelson County Commonwealth’s Attorney Anthony Martin announced Monday he has filed the gag order motion as Randy Allen Taylor awaits a Feb. 3 jury trial.
