This summer marks one of the most public displays yet of a five-year effort to practice what they preach at Centra.
Soon, the prices of the foods sold within Centra facilities will be based on the nutritional value of each item. It will be cheaper, for your pocketbook and body, to buy a piece of fruit than to buy a piece of candy.
