EPA's court loss does not affect Lynchburg's storm water work

Thursday’s court loss for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency does not affect the storm water regulations applied to Lynchburg.

Water Resources Director Tim Mitchell said the Fairfax County case doesn’t extend to the pollutant limits that prompted the city to create a new storm water management fee this year.
