U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sets date to rehear Liberty's healthcare challange

The Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond announced set a hearing date for Liberty University’s lawsuit challenging the Affordable Care Act’s employer mandate.

The court set the deadline for Liberty Council’s brief for Feb. 27. Oral arguments in the case will be heard the week of May 14.
