RINGGOLD - Nine people were exposed to a white powdery substance Wednesday while unloading toy baby seats at the eToys Distribution Center on Factory Lane in Ringgold.
Two people were taken to Danville Regional Medical Center for treatment and seven others were asked to go home and wash the substance off, Ringgold Fire & Rescue Chief Mike Neal said.
Virginia State Police will send the substance to a lab for testing, the fire chief said.
