VDOT: Downed power lines cleared on U.S. 221

Downed power lines that closed U.S. 221 North and South, near the 5100 block, near Timber Ridge Road, about 2 miles north of Bedford, have been cleared, VDOT says. Normal traffic patterns have resumed.
